Long Beach Adventure Tours: Policies and Booking Information
The great thing about Long Beach Adventure Tours is the range of activities that we provide for customers. Not only do we have the necessary gear and supplies for each of our adventures, we have the highest quality gear and extremely professional staff who take pride in their work. To reserve a spot in any of our activities, simply choose the specific PayPal option that you want to book and follow the steps to complete your order. Once you have paid, you can give us a call or send us and email to let us know the date and time that you want to book. Or, you can call us first if you have a limited schedule or stay in the area. We can usually work something out.
We provide discounts for large groups or for those who want to book multiple activities at once. Be sure to give us a call before booking if this describes you so that we can provide you with the best deal possible. Long Beach Adventure Tours is also available for corporate events, birthday parties, and team building activities that are sure to be the topic of conversation for days to come.
We request that all bookings be made at least 24 hours in advance of the desired date for booking, but if we have space, we can try and make the necessary arrangements to get you in with shorter notice. Refunds are only available if requested at least 48 hours before the booked date, and we can give you a 50% refund if notified in less than 48 hours in advance. We will not grant refunds for no shows. In case of bad weather or unmanageable conditions, we will refund your payment or re-book you for another day.
